Injectable Treatments
Injectables assessed in person and priced per millilitre — with a conservative approach and an honest conversation about what they can and cannot do.
Botox and dermal fillers do different jobs, and the distinction matters when you are deciding what you actually want. Botox softens lines caused by repeated muscle movement — the forehead, between the brows, around the eyes. Fillers add volume where it has been lost, restoring contour rather than relaxing movement. Some concerns need one, some the other, and some neither.
We price fillers per millilitre rather than per area, because the amount genuinely needed differs from face to face and a per-area price hides that. You will be told how much your treatment requires and what it costs before anything is administered.
Our approach is deliberately conservative. It is straightforward to add more at a follow-up; it is far harder to undo an over-treated result. If what you are asking for would not suit your face, or if a different treatment on our skin and laser menu would serve you better, we will say so at consultation. Every injectable treatment begins with an in-person assessment.
Why Noir
We assess your face in person, explain what Botox and fillers each realistically achieve for your concern, and confirm the amount and price before treating.
Aftercare
Small marks or mild swelling at the injection sites are normal and usually settle within a day or two. Stay upright for the first several hours, and avoid heavy exercise, saunas and hot showers for the rest of the day.
Do not rub or massage the treated area unless your practitioner specifically tells you to. Results appear gradually rather than instantly, so give it time before judging the outcome — your practitioner will tell you when to expect the final effect and when a review appointment makes sense.
Botox softens lines caused by muscle movement; fillers restore volume that has been lost. They address different concerns, and your practitioner will explain which applies to yours — or whether neither does.
It varies by person, product and area treated, which is one reason we assess you individually rather than quote a fixed figure. Your practitioner will explain the expected timeline and the maintenance involved before you commit.
Not with a conservative approach, which is deliberately how we work. We would rather start with less and add at a review than over-treat, because adding is easy and reversing is not.

Generally minimal. Small marks or mild swelling may show for a day or two. Most people plan treatment a week or more ahead of any significant event.
