Braces & Clear Aligners in DHA Phase 6, Lahore

Metallic braces, ceramic braces and clear aligners — with an honest assessment of which suits your case, your timeline and your budget.

Straightening teeth is a slow, planned process, and the right appliance depends on how much movement is needed. Metallic braces are the most capable and the most economical, and handle complex cases that other options cannot. Ceramic braces work the same way but with tooth-coloured brackets, so they are far less noticeable at conversational distance.

Clear aligners are removable and close to invisible, which is why most adults ask about them first. They suit mild to moderate crowding and spacing well. They also depend entirely on you — they only work while they are in, which for most plans means the great majority of the day and night. If that does not fit your life, fixed braces are the more reliable choice, and we would rather say so at the start.

Whichever route you take, treatment ends with retainers. Teeth drift back toward their original positions if nothing holds them, so retention is part of the treatment rather than an optional extra. We build it into the plan and the cost from the beginning.

Aftercare

Looking after your results

With fixed braces, cleaning takes longer and matters more — food traps around brackets and causes decay if left. Use an interdental brush, and avoid very hard or sticky food that can pull a bracket off. With aligners, wear them for the hours your dentist specifies and clean them as instructed.

When active treatment finishes, wear your retainers exactly as directed. This is the stage people neglect, and it is the reason a small number of cases relapse after a successful result. Retention is what protects everything the treatment achieved.

Frequently Asked

It depends on how much movement your teeth need and how disciplined you can be. Aligners suit mild to moderate cases and only work while worn; fixed braces handle complex movement and do not rely on you remembering. We will tell you which genuinely fits your case.

It varies widely with the complexity of the case — from several months to a couple of years. Your dentist will give you a realistic estimate after assessing your teeth rather than a generic figure.

No. Adults make up a large share of orthodontic patients, and ceramic braces and clear aligners exist largely for that reason. What matters is the health of your gums and supporting bone, which we assess first.

Expect tightness and tenderness for a few days after fitting and after each adjustment, as the teeth begin to move. It settles, and most people manage it comfortably.

Yes — every case does. Teeth drift back without something holding them. We plan and price retainers as part of the treatment from the outset.
