Every rhinoplasty enquiry begins with an in-person consultation. Your surgeon will examine the structure of your nose, discuss what you want changed and what is realistically achievable for your anatomy, and explain the recovery involved. If what you are hoping for is not achievable, or not advisable, you will be told directly. We do not quote surgery without assessing you first.
Recovery from rhinoplasty is longer than most people expect. Swelling settles gradually and the final shape takes considerable time to emerge fully. Planning around that — work, travel, events — is part of the conversation before you commit to a date.

Aftercare
You will be given detailed, personalised aftercare by your surgeon. Expect swelling and bruising around the nose and eyes in the first weeks, and plan for time away from work and from strenuous activity. Sleeping with your head elevated helps in the early stage.
The final shape takes time to emerge — swelling reduces gradually over an extended period, and judging the result too early is a common source of unnecessary worry. Attend your follow-up appointments so your surgeon can track healing and answer questions as they come up.

That depends entirely on your existing anatomy. Bring reference images by all means, but your surgeon will tell you frankly what is achievable for your face and what is not, rather than agreeing to something that cannot be delivered.

For some concerns, dermal fillers can address contour without surgery — though they suit a narrow set of cases and are not a substitute for rhinoplasty. Your surgeon will tell you honestly whether that applies to you.
